You can visit the French Quarter, without leaving the Lone Star State. Head on over to this year’s Six Flags Fiesta Texas Mardi Gras Festival, where you can see the sights and hear the sounds of the Big Easy. From Cajun cuisine, to parades with beads, the celebration is a jazz infused tribute to New Orleans.
