Pinch Boil House brings Asian + Seafood + Street Food to San Antonio. What started off as a “crazy idea” in college, sparked a dream in motion once Co-Founder Andrew Ho traveled to Thailand. Through his travels in Southeast Asia, he and Co-Founder Sean Wen communicated and brought to life Pinch Boil.
Now, guests can dig into seafood dishes with a Viet-Cajun twist inspired by the street vendors of Vietnam. Ask for the Kap’s Chicken Curry or give the popular menu item “The Prawn Star” a try – and don’t forget to add the peanut slaw.
It’s a delicious experience that leaves you wanting more after each bite.
