Season 5 of YOLO TX takes us to South Padre Island. Join Aerin “A.C.” Carreno and the YOLO TX crew for a full episode exploring Texas’ Best Beach.

First, take a surf lesson with Island Native Surf Shop. Pro tip: Stand-up & look forward. Then, when you’ve had too much beach, head over to Beach Park at Isla Blanca for a day of thrilling water rides, an entertaining Sandcastle Cove, and an award-winning lazy river.

From the beach side to the bay side, we’re casting our lines with Danny B Fishing Charters. Once your fishing trip is over, “cook your catch” at Padre Island Brewing Company – the second oldest brew house in Texas.

We are then heading to Tequila Sunset, one of the 3 locations of Sonny’s Beach Service. When it comes to water sports, you can always count on Sonny’s. This family business has been a staple on the island since 1986. Services include beach chair rentals, banana boat rides and parasailing in the Gulf of Mexico.

We end our trip with a jet ski tour out on the water with Parrot Eyes Watersports where guests will sight-see a whole different part of the island. Cruise through Port Isabel and the ghost ship. Then crank up the speed by SpaceX and the open water.
