Leah was born and raised in Spokane, Washington. She is the youngest sister to two older brothers. Leah grew up playing almost every sport – in high school she played varsity volleyball, basketball and softball. In college she played on a volleyball scholarship as a DS (defensive specialist). Today, she instructs indoor cycling classes at Cycle Bar Stone Oak. Her love for athletics keeps her active and energetic!
Leah’s passion for broadcasting started in middle school where she was the school’s Lead News Anchor. She continued the role into high school and did sideline reporting for local arena football games. After college, she competed in the International Model and Talent Association competition in Los Angeles and placed top 10 in 5 of her 8 events. She moved to Los Angeles and did modeling and acting work for a year before moving to San Antonio with her, now, husband.
In San Antonio, Leah and her husband enjoy dinner dates, hosting BBQs for friends, outdoor activities, and road trips with their two dogs. Leah says it is her dream job to work as a Co-Host on YOLO Texas! She is excited to travel the beautiful state of Texas and try any and every crazy expedition YOLO has for her!
