Mix a motocross with a surfboard and what do you get? Your next adventure! In the heart of Texas Hill Country rests Medina Lake, a reservoir with crystal clear water. It also happens to be where we met up with Dana Lundquist to get a few lessons in jet surfing (yeah – it’s a real thing). Dana is a professional in motosurf and competes all around the world in this extreme sport. Out here in Lakehills, Texas, we got the chance to test drive this mechanism of land and sea. Powered by formula one race car tech, these motorized surfboards can reach up to speeds of 30 mph, bringing the power of West Coast waves to South Texas.
