Viva San Antonio
It’s a beautiful day in SA!
The Alamo City is frequented by 32 million tourists a year and is home to the beloved five-time NBA champion San Antonio Spurs. The city has also earned the nickname ‘Military City USA’ because of its sizable military population – the largest in the nation.
Explore all that San Antonio has to offer by double decker bus tour through City Sightseeing Tours. The ‘Hop-On Hop-Off’ experience allows riders to board and dismount at 19 stops across the city. One of these locations, the Buckhorn Saloon & Museum – a 130+ year old bar and museum housing unique artifacts, oddities, and taxidermy. The Buckhorn is located just two blocks from the Alamo and one block from the Riverwalk.
Finally, end the day with authentic Tex Mex food at the historic Casa Rio, the first restaurant to open on the River Walk. Founded in 1946, Casa Rio helped pioneer the Riverwalk experience, introducing dinner boats and the ‘Regular Plate’ to downtown San Antonio.
