Texas Home Cooking: Snowball Cookies
‘Tis the season for cooking holiday treats. Texas Home Cooking has the perfect recipe to impress at any holiday party. Executive Producer Jackie is sharing a very special recipe this week on YOLO TX. This Snowball Cookie recipe comes from her mom.

Snowball Recipe:
Preheat oven @ 350.
Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Sift together:
4 cups flour
1 tsp salt
Set aside.
With a standing mixer or hand-held mixer, blend the following:
2 cups butter (4 sticks, room temperature)
1 cup sugar
4 tsp vanilla
Add dry ingredients to the butter mixture and stir until just combined.
Fold in 3/4 chopped pecans.
Roll into 1-inch balls and place on cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Let cool completely then coat with powdered sugar.
